Thank you for responding, I apologize for the late reply. The design would be for testing one sample (an IPSC clone) against a panel of 15-20 genes associated with pluripotency and differentiation.

We have a fair-sized collaborative group involved so ti would be nice to create such a screening "array" that i could design and then send to the labs of our collaborators. I believe that this sort of reagent is commercially available, Qiagen for example, but I have had overall poor results with their product.

I would rather make such a thing myself, but am not sure of the proper method to do so.
