Has anyone ever observed wrinkling in Micrococcus luteus colonies?

Nutrient Broth agar plates were spread with M. luteus for antibiotic screening and within 24 hours of growth severe wrinkling of the bacterial spread was observed. Something similar to the figure attached (figure for reference only).

My rosetta strain has chloramp resistance and i am transforming my plasmid with amp resistance but not getting colonies on chloramp/amp LB plates?
