Interesting research topic. Animal welfare is not much talked about. And there is only a handful of organisations in Bangladesh that works for welfare of animals as well as stand for their rights. On the other hand, the law relating to the prevention of cruelty to animals in Bangladesh doesn't seem to be very effective.
