We are culturing cells on matrigel - coated wells. We wanted to perform immunofluorescence on those cells by inserting directly the slide inside the well, under the coating. We encountered some troubles because we noticed that the slide was not correctly fixed, and our cells morphology and adhesion seem to be affected by the slide movement. We are using Corning Matrigel 356231 at a concentration of 2 mg/mL (diluted in the culture medium).
