Has anyone done exosome injections ip in mice? how did you calculate the concentration for injections?

I have seen several articles that are using protein concentration calculations (e.g. injecting 200ug of EVs), however, my isolation method is very specific, thus protein level is low. I used an antibody labeled NTA to calculate particles/mL. Now, I am curious what is the concentration can be used (particles/mL) for ip injections. thanks!
