SINEUPs are newly discovered non-coding RNAs that, surprisingly, specifically enhance protein translation. They can be prepared as specific RNA to target (increase) the production of any mammalian protein, by attaching a short sequence, antisense to the protein targeted for enhanced expression. Although the mechanisms is completely unrelated, SINEUPs non-coding RNAs have the opposite function of miRNAs and can potentially be used for any protein coding mRNAs.

My interest is to know if there is anyone attempting this type of technology to share experience and create a community of users.
