I have just completed a study on morphology of mandibles and proventriculus of carabid beetles, but I am not certain that this is the kind of information you are looking for.
You are advised to read papers occasionally published in the journal "coleopterists Bulletin' to get lots of morphometric measurements of different beetles. Some of these might be of interest to you. You can also search other journals to match your requirements.
Coleoptera is known 25% of all animal life-forms, and considering vast diversity of this order, question need to release more information regarding with family even generas! I have worked with Curculionoidea (Brentidae, Cylas species) for couple years including morphometric measurements of reproductive parts and internal organs with phylogeny if it helps you may find here:

The variability of body lenght of about 250 species of Carabids occuring in Estonia is presented in Eesti jooksiklased by Habermann, published in Talin in 1968.
