Bacillus spp. are commonly used as probiotics in aquaculture. However the exact species (and strains) often aren't identified by the manufacturers given the commercial nature of their products.

I suspect it will require extensive testing to establish whether any of your species (and strains) will be effective probiotics for aquaculture.

I used Bacillus as probiotic not a lone but in combination withe dry yeast and also an master thesis done in Egypt works on Bacillus.
