I have used Roche RNeasy kit for RNA extractions directly from wine with no problem at all but I am trying this other kit and I am having some difficulties. Has anybody tried the EasyPure RNA Kit (TRANS) for this purpose?
I extract RNA from bacteria growing in filtered wine after the alcoholic fermentation which has no other microorganism than the one we inoculate (lactic acid bacteria). If in doubt, have a look to the article.
