The articles suggested do not answer my requirement. Any way Thanks for responding to my query. I shall provide a brief idea about my requirement. It will also assist in updating my exact requirement.

There are Mechanical tracking arrangements for large size concentrators which are very heavy. The cost of tracking arrangements for large size concentrators are around 30 to 40 % of the concentrator cost. 

Companies and organisations which install large size concentrators can afford the extra cost.

A solar concentrator (SK 14) is distributed free of cost by NGOs in tribal areas in Maharashtra (Under Govt. schemes) which have to be manually tracked. It costs less than Rs. 9,000/- and with subsidy (MNRE) it may cost around Rs. 6,000/-. 

The SK 14 requires two axes tracking for higher efficiencies. I am interested to design and fabricate a very simple electronic tracker for small size concentrators so that manual effort can be eliminated. This will be of immense help to rural folk and farmers. Further any entrepreneur can take up the task of fabrication and put technology into use.

In case if anybody has developed a tracker already, then I can look for drawbacks in the system and make improvements to it as well as look for avenues to reduce its cost.

I would like to add that my brother is already working on sun trackers for PV panel which is much simpler to fabricate. A research article on a simple sun tracker is already submitted to the International Journal Solar Energy and we are awaiting its acceptance for publication

A SK 14 which you have shown is absolutely right. In the case of a dish, in the morning it has to face east and by the evening the dish has to face west. The dish also has to take care of the winter solstice as well as summer solstice. The dish has to rotate about an axis which is a little complex for fabrication.

Sir, There are sun tracking arrangements for large size solar concentrators. But I need to know about sun tracking arrangements for (SK 14) small dishes of diameter 1.4 m.

These solar concentrators are usually used for cooking along with pressure cookers for medium sized families.
