I need a good very less fee open acces (SCI or scopus) with good IF with less first review decision and too less rejection rate (sorry for giving more requisite) .I am from very poor back ground financials and have no fund to support my publications.So please help .(chemistry/pharmacology/microbiology) .subject may be any or all of these.
Consider to use a journal this isn't based on author pay open access. In this field there are much better journals that are subscription based.
How about using https://arxiv.org/ That is free.
You could also try the EGU journals. They will show your article and you only pay when /if they publish it. https://www.egu.eu/publications/open-access-journals/
