I am starting a project involving the dynamic modeling of CO₂ hydrate formation and would like to implement it using MATLAB and/or Simulink. As I am new to this specific topic, I am seeking guidance on how to begin.

Could anyone with experience in hydrate formation modeling suggest:

• Relevant research papers or resources to understand the physical and chemical processes involved?
• The types of Simulink blocks or MATLAB toolboxes that are most suitable for this type of dynamic process modeling?
• Examples or templates (if any exist) that I could study?

My goal is to understand the key modelling concepts and begin building a CO2 hydrate formation model for my PhD study. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
