I am doing 3D geological modeling with borehole data and i wants to enlarge my area, for this purpose i have only paper geological with dip and strikes and DEM of the area.
I am looking for the software's for making cross sections from these data and interpolate that cross sections to build a model of the area.
i am looking forward to fellow researchers for literature and guidance.

Umair Rasool for 3D model, we need three elements/attributes/features (values) to be displayed. For your study they could be x,y and the borehole information for that point. You can display as many borehole (x,y) and make a 3D model for that area.
You can use above information to develop a 3D model using surfer, ArcGIS, QGIS, Albio, GM-Sys, Geomodelr etc.
You can do this in a minimum two ways. You must be digitized and inputted first two coordinates (x,y) or geographical longitude and latitude. This data you can use directly from the geological analogue maps of the researched area. But, you must also use (z) coordinate. This coordinate you may directly derive in any GIS software when you put values in the contour lines. In that way, we can get a (Z) coordinate. Another way may be slightly different. After georeferencing of maps, you can download DEM data of researched area and put such as layer below of geological data. Many GIS software may read (Z) values automatically.
Are you looking for open source solution?
I recommend TerraScan software for that purpose.
Maybe MapInfo can do the job too, but I'm not sure.
