I just installed the gromacs-5.0.7 on linux CentOS. Commands are working as expected. However, unless I give the

" source /user/local/gromacs/bin/GMXRC" once the shell does not recognize the commands. It simply give the " bash: command not found" response back. everthing works once i give the "source ..." command.

Did i miss something here? kindly suggest how to hack this.

yes, I have tried playing with the ./bashrc too but doesn't seem to work.
