I was wondering if anyone could recommend any resources that provide a good foothold for learning the fundamentals of molecular dynamics for someone from a molecular biology background?

Most resources assume a strong mathematical background, and whilst I do not intend to shun the mathematics behind the process forever, I would like to learn as quickly as possible so I can run some simulations through GROMACS and start to get meaningful results.
