Pardon the file names. I was having what might be called a Bad Day.
Anyway, whenever I try to run this file and perform a Mantel Test I get the following error:
Error while checking matrices, Label(s) not found check the labels defined in the DistMatMantel and UsedYMatrixLabels sections
I've gone as far as completely rewriting the Mantel section to fix this problem and I still get the same error. I have no clue what is going on here. Can anyone see a problem?
There is a small amount of missing data at the 5' end of the alignment used to generate this Arlequin file. Is that the problem?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
