Q1: The solution of the standard compound was prepared in mg/L, so the peak response and concentration of standard and that we get from the grape sample is also in mg/L?
but When I check GC/MS data on data analysis software, it showed concentration in µg/L, so which one I consider 1: µg/L 2: mg/L?

I think the ug/L conc what is there in data analysis software might be expressed in factor of exponentials for ug/L conc (E+3/4). So if it is there you can convert to mg/L easily for calculation from calibration graph.

Actually, i calculate the concentration by a linear equation. Firstly I prepared the reference standard solution (targeted compound)(mg/L). just before injected it on GC-MS, I add my Internal standard 470mg/L.
After that, I extract fatty acid from my sample. the last step is similar to my reference standard (targeted compound).
when I get the response data (peak) from GC-MS, reference standard peak/Internal Standard peak. So, I get a value and then i draw a linear line (graph) with my known concentration of reference standard and get the linear equation. Y=mx+b
after that, the peak area came from my sample, I added it in linear equation,
My method of concentration calculation is right? and what is my final unit of concentration?
