Article Five of the Statute of the International Criminal Court:

1 - The court’s jurisdiction is limited to the most serious crimes of interest The entire international community, and under this Statute, the Court has jurisdiction Consider the following crimes:

(a) The crime of genocide;

(b) Crimes against humanity;

(c) War crimes;

(d) The crime of aggression.
