thanks for your answer, but i know the elemental analysis is a process where a sample of some material such chemical compounds is analyzed for its elemental and sometimes isotopic composition.

i want to know about surface bounds with amines

Then XPS might be better, which can analyze the surface elements and the elements' bonding state.
