Hello everyone,
I have had preliminary acceptance from a principal investigator for me to join a Master's degree program in Epidemiology, as a first step towards joining a PhD program in a clinical research discipline. The problem is that there are no internal funding within the host university, and I have to come up with my own funding to make that opportunity work. I have tried funding agencies within Holland, but didn't find a suitable program. Other US or UK affiliated funding agencies provide funding mainly for host universities within the US or the UK. My question is: Are there any international funding agencies that are willing to secure funding for non-US or non-UK based graduate students who want to have a Master's or a doctoral program in another country ( like the Netherlands ) ?
