However, the issue here is on the need to source for FUNDING towards establishing CLINICAL PSYCHOMETRICS program. It is not human resource (manpower) need, but funding need. I have already developed the program curriculum and there are qualified resource persons who can deliver excellently. I need funding for practicum items, laboratory equipment, interns' stipends and fellowship expenses. I will welcome suggestions on grants, donations, and partnerships to achieve this ambitious goal.
