I’m interested in any kind of device to measure the reflectivity of a large size mirror (approx. 150 mm x 250 mm or 6“ x 10“ and up to 15 kg resp. 33lbs).
The reflectivity is, for example, on the order of 99.50% and should be measured with a precision of 0.05% or below. The wavelength range of interest is 10.2 – 10.6 microns.
On top of those requirements, we also want to raster scan across the mirror to achieve a 2D-map of reflectivity values.

I think the laser interferometers can satisfy your requirement. The famous laser interferometers around the world is ZYGO, (web sits: https://www.zygo.com/?/met/interferometers/ ). According the requirement of customs, variou the measuring radiu is available. However, the equipment is very expensive, so if you just use it once in a while, I suggest you consult some research institution on the optical material.
On the other hand, i know a Chinese company produced similar eqiupment. If you needed, i can help you to communicate with them to test some samples without fee.
