FTIR of Pegylated Nanostructured lipid carriers missing characteristic peaks of ingredients?

The FTIR of my pegylated Nanostructured lipid carriers is not showing the characteristic peaks some of ingredients used in its preparation. Instead it is showing a broad peak of absorbance around 3300 cm-1 and around 1600 cm-1. What are possible interpretations of this?
