Frequency of Synchronous generator of IEEE 9-bus is not 60Hz coming with automatic generation control(AGC)in matlab silmulink?

I modelled the IEEE 9-bus with automatic generation control(AGC) in matlab silmulink. After the modelling the frequency of each generator has to be 60Hz. But its gradually increasing till 68Hz for 5sec, which is incorrect. can anyone please clarify me in this particular part. I am stuck here for a long time.
