If you allow me the undeserved familiarity in my speech. Duuude, phyton and R are the best data analysis tools there is and both are free and have (freely available) tons of awesome tutorials.
Dear Aditya Vamshi, Stata, E-views, and R are free to download. These are available free online and also easy to download. Just google them and you will find the links to free downloads.
You may also watch some videos on Youtube to download specific software. Let me know if you need further help in this regard.
I would look at both jamovi (https://www.jamovi.org) and jasp (https://jasp-stats.org). Both are based on R, but have intuitive interfaces and very considerable statistical power under the hood.
