While predatory conferences have become a way of earning money, there are fortunately also valuable workshops and conferences, which do not charge any registration fee. This is especially being possible with the advent of online events. One example is the “Nanoengineered Superconductors - NES21 Young Investigator's online workshop”, which is sponsored by a COST action. However, free-of-charge conferences are not always easy to discover. Are there any websites listing such events? If not, should we try to create and maintain one?

I am agreed with you. I think that we should discourage predatory conferences and even predatory journals also. We should use our money in constructive research instead of wasting in paid conferences and journals.
Further, we should take a step to make a website for free conferences, for in time updates.
