I am trying to make a formula for:

A- Fosfomycin disodium 20% oral solution

and

B- Fosfomycin disodium 20% and tylosin tartrate 5.0 % oral solution

but I am facing many difficulties:

1- Fosfomycin Disodium is insoluble in organic solvents (Ethanol, PG, PEG and N-methyl pyrrolidone)

2- When mixing tylosin aqueous solution with Fosfomycin disodium aqueous solution, a precipitate forms, which is not soluble

3- When I tried to adjust the pH for the solution to 5-6 , the Fosfomycin reacts with the acid with effervescence

Can any one help with any idea
