Formation of orthorhombical k-Al2O3 oxides?

I am looking for a literature reference of orthorhombical k-Al2O3 oxide which is formed at 800 °C during oxidation of TiAl oxide. Unfortunately, literature does not propose much in this regard. Can someone suggest some literature links to the topic??
