I have transformed at 0.3 OD but callus is not survived in selection media.

Can you please specify which callus (Plant species) you are interested to transform?
And I agree with Sathish that there are lots of other factors which are affecting the survival of callus in selection media.
In my experience OD 0.5-0.6 is optimum for transformation.

It should be between 0.6-0.8 after culture growth of Agrobacterium from single colony. Growth of agrobacterium may effect due to Temperature of shaker (ideally 18-20 C) and 160-180 rpm.

The OD should be in the range of 0.4-.06 of secondary culture of agrobacterium

There are some discusions about OD and the range more accepted for the subcultures of Agrobacterium is between 0.4 to 0.6
