Popularly people choose HEK-293 cell line and/or dendritic cells for drug/siRNA delivery in breast cancer, but I would like to know a cell line derived exosome with high specificity for triple negative breast cancer. Also, the rationale/strategy behind the choice.
I am not sure if any one tried yet to discover which cells shed exosomes that have preferential targeting for breast cancer. My guess is to look perhaps for cancer (or normal if possible) which breast cancer is known to be a metastatic location. For example lung. Hope this helps
