1)For better reach and widespread access of the thematic issue, you are requested to kindly involve contributors who are from 4 to 5 various regions/countries, especially from technologically advanced countries.·
2) To ensure a high-quality thematic issue, that has good science and will get high citations, the Corresponding / Main author for each article should preferably be an eminent scientist with a high H index and a track record of high-quality research. This is not to say that junior scientists don’t do good science but it has been observed that the quality of manuscripts, by far, is much better if the main author is a senior and well-published researcher from a developed country.
It is obvious that researchers from developing countries have more difficulties to publish papers rather than developed.

About searchers from developing countries, I guess that they these difficulties in publishing and developing as well, especially when the target is a Scopus indexed journals.

Difficult to assemble all those parts!
I would need to use my contacts in other regions... (I have very few in some places, so that would be a problem for me as well)
As for getting experienced researchers with a good h-index... how is that defined? How high is "good enough"?
Pl check Google Scholar with Keywords and Add those names who are highly reputed in the field.
