I have panel data (6 points over 6 months). the data is divided to outcomes (varied over time) and predictors (invariant and variant over time), what model could be similar to logistic regression model in cross-sectional data?
My mind strongly reflect using random effects if you are interested in time-invariant effects,( and mixed, you are using time- invariant covariates, non invariant)
However, on & for cross-sectional studies with binary outcomes,
"Cox or Poisson regression with robust variance and log-binomial regression provide correct estimates and are a better alternative for the analysis of cross-sectional studies with binary outcomes than logistic regression, since the prevalence ratio is more interpretable and easier to communicate to non-specialists."
