Hi:

I am wondering that whether murine primary hepatocyte isolation can be done in the dead mice ? I means whole procedure is the same as we did in the mice under anesthesia. However, the major difference is that doing this procedure followed by cervical dislocation , I don't know whether someone has already tried ?
