Regardless, my recommendation would be the same: the measures you will include for analyses should only be those that are explicitly pre-specified in your systematic review and meta-analysis protocol - in your review plan developed before assessing primary articles/studies for eligibility. If your review team strongly believes that you found an important "dependent measure" in the studies that was not anticipated beforehand, then include them, by all means, but specify in the final report that this particular inclusion is made post hoc and the reason for doing so (that is technically a protocol deviation).

Consider as well the added value of considering all "dependent measures" found in the articles versus only those that were pre-specified in the protocol: it may be substantial, marginal or perhaps insignificant in terms of the objectives of the review and its impact on downstream processes (policy or practice guidelines or further research endeavors). Aleksandra Wójcik I assume "more that one dependent measure" means outcome or dependent variable has been measured in two different ways. If so, I agree with Aedrian Abrilla who already explained how to address the situation.

The answer should be based on your outcome variables .if you have more than one outcome variables just you are using one outcome variable for similar variables and find that variables by your outcome variables
