In open loop without any control input pf is unity and out put pf is little bit leading with the angle of 20 degree in my simulation at rated speed of PMSG. Grid is connected through conventional MATRIX converter using indirect space vector modulation
PMSG rating:
Rated capacity is 2 MW
Rated phase voltage: 398.4 volts
Rated speed is 22.5 rpm.
Rated wind speed is 12 m/s
Rated current is 1868 A
Rated frequency is 11.25 Hz
Rated pf of PMSG is 0.8967
Rated mechanical torque is 852.77 kn-m
Base inductance of generator is 3 mH
Base capacitance of generator is 66584.41 Micro Farad
Grid directly connected to matrix converter without transformer
Grid rated phase voltage is 240 volts
Grid rated frequency is 50 Hz
2) Grid side pf should be unity but with in-phase current or out of phase current ?
3) input LC filter in my case is 69 micro Henry and capacitor 6600 micro Farad
4) out put L filter is 200 micro Henry.
5) out put pf is leading current of 20 degree
In this case Input voltage THD is almost 3.6%
Input current THD is 0.45 %
out put current THD is 3.9%
Please help me is it right track of my work or i am doing wrong ?
