iam working on change detection in SAR images, i visited above links and got the data but the data is in tiff format and not in jpeg and i tried to convert it into jpeg but the image is showing only black color and if i view tiff image then also it is showing only black color.
so i did like this i took the images from the ieee papers of change detection in sar images and uses them for my implementation.
so anyone please tell me the link or how to get data or load it as image

SAR images are looking like salt and pepper. All the datasets are available in the format of Raw (Level 0), SLC (Level 1)and Geotiff (Level 2). You have to analysis the datasets then you can generate the output image in the format of Jpeg. Various open source SAR processing software are available. SNAP is one of the best open source software for processing SAR data. If you want color image, it is possible from polarization band combination of HH, HV, VH and VV polarization.

You can use all the programs that open SAR images, save them in the format you want and then work on them.

thank you sir for the answer, i downloaded and used the SNAP software and using that iam able to get the jpeg images for my project.
I recommended SNAP toolbox, then you can export it to any extension
