For ATP assay, what time point should I do?

I have previously gathered data on effect of chemotherapy treatment on my cell line through western blots for PARP at 96h and cyclin d1 at 72h. What time point should I run the ATP assay? I understand that it's meant to check cell viability, so should I stick with the 96h? I've never done an ATP assay before so was unsure.

The content of ATP will probably decrease more rapidly than enzyme response or cell viability. I would probably make a time course at 24, 48 and 72 h, as compared to untreated samples.
