In the case of an open perfusion lasting 1h30, antipyrine is used to assess the viability of the placenta. Which rate of passage validates this viability ? To which parameters (pH, flow, concentration in the maternal compartment...) is it linked ? If you have any publication explaining it, it would be very welcome !
