Hi Community,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a fluorescent probe that can be used to stain carbon nano tubes (CNT) that contain DNA, to track the movement of these tubes as they move into living plant cells? The process of functionalization for DNA delivery is done in three stages so there are possibly 3 forms of CNTs that can be used. A) Carboxylated CNTs solubilized with sonication; B) EDS/NHS activated CNTs [reacts with amine-linked groups]; C) CNTs functionalized with PEI (polyethylenimine 25k branched chain). Any suggestions on stains that might work is greatly appreciated.
