Hello,

My microfluidic device has three inlets, one for inner phase, one for middle phase, and another for outer phase. I found that the flow rate of inner phase was not correct in the channel. I set the flow rate of inner phase to be 10 uL/hr, but the actual flow of the phase was much faster. And when I pulled the tubing for inner phase out of the device, I saw that the flow rate must be at the magnetiude of 1000 uL/hr. But a few seconds after taking out the tubing, the flow rate of inner phase dropped significantly.

I assume it is because of the flow resistance within the channel. Is there a possible way to solve this problem? Thank you very much!
