I am running some sort of hyperelastic analysis on a membrane , its essential to define the flexural modulus for the analysis , I just want to make sure sure is the flexural modulus for isotopic material is the tensile modulus ( young modulus ) or am I missing something ?
It depends on what direction you intend to apply your force and against what restraints you want to apply.
Young's modulus (Ym) is different from Flexural modulus (Fm). Ym can be used in case of anisotropic materials too to determine corresponding strain for a given stress. Fm is exclusively used in case of rods or beams (cuboid shapes).

basically ,it's an erythrocyte biconcave membrane , it's a uniaxial tension test ,based on the main assumption of isotropic material , it doesn't matter the orientation of the applied force ,as I read from different resources the Flexural modulus can be the same as elastic modulus for isotropic material ,but I am not so sure as these resources aren't references.

In flexural modulus,distance from which the force is applied is counted which involves the concept of bending moment. And since its a biconcave material with elastic property, we would need to take moment into consideration as it varies based on the distance and magnitude of force applied.
Though Young's modulus could be derived out from any particular material, if we need to determine flexural modulus,conditions are a bit different.
