I'm doing Non-linear analysis on several HEA, HEB columns to get the "real" buckling load and compare it with EC3 analytical calculations, and trying to solve all warning issues before going to scripting with a good model, yet I got stuck on how to solve the warning issue of "beam mpc has a zero length between nodes."

In some cases, despite the warnings, the answers are correct, so they can be ignored. You can use Experimental results for more certainty.
