I want to simulate the ARB simulation in Abaqus, I did the first model for two layers for the first cycle and it works but when I want to do this model for the 2nd cycle or decrease the thickness I received an error and simulation is aborted. Do you have any idea about the boundary condition for this process for the metals?
As far as i'm concern, severe distortion of elements occurs during SPD process, So for doing ARB once again i mean for the next cycle, Map Solution is the only way. But be careful about changing your dimension.
