Hi,

I am trying to examine the association between exposure and outcome like CVD-specific death while accounting for the competing risk like death due to other causes. Therefore, I am using thinking to implement the Fine and Grey (F&G) method for competing risk in R.

In R, "cmprsk" package is one of the suggestions for F&G. However, they do not take NHANES's complex survey design (including survey weight) into account.

Any advice? how to perform F&G for NHANES dataset in r?

Thanks in advance.
