Your attached voltammogram looks nice however I would suggest you to run again making force cutting at 1.0 V so that you can get a clean oxidation potential for first oxidation. In reduction cycle, it is kind of unclear. However you can try at the first hump. Seems like you are working on organic materials. If so is the case,
E(HOMO) = - e [Eox onset + 4.4]
or
E(HOMO)= - 4.8-(Eox / onset - E 1/2(ferrocene)
can be used to find HOMO and LUMO. I believe you know them as well. I have attached a pdf file to see how you measure the Eoxd (the webpage is closed). The optical gap you calculated using the formula will be different from the one you calculated by CV.
