biology and medicine form a large number of scientific researches, regardless of importance of progress of basic and essential knowledge in these fields, noticeable businesses can establish but most of the time students or researches groups are strongly dependent on support of universities or government. How researches can construct financial organizations to help talented researches or is there any kind of these independent institutions?

I think scientists serve government and other related organizations unintentionally most of the time and take nothing, just publishing a paper isn't enough and that's not the end of story. sharing results and methods and theories is the first part of scientific process. I believe all researches should demand more financial aids
Sometimes you can handle an idea and grow it but finally you'll reach an inevitable point of necessity
I think all the researchers should come together to form an association and raise the funds in the forms of membership fee which should be deposited in a bank and on the interest of that amount the research project should be funded

I am very early stage researcher and what is my opinion is that vision is first requirement -Vision is clear and passion is there then Resources will be not problem at all.
Dear Kannan sir when you say qualification then which type of qualification required for early fellow and I have very limited experience and eager to know what quality should be there and how to obtain. If you share your experience with me then it will be more easy to focus on develop that type of quality.
