I am new in fiber photometry and now start to recording Ca2+ signal by using fiber photometry. However, I have problem in understanding data pre-processing (such as: filtering, baseline correction...) do not know how to do. Anyone have experiment in data pre-processing, could you recommend for me some sources to study about basic concept of data pre-processing and how to do it? Thanks so much.
