I want to study the morphology of FESEM of wax like structure with a melting point temperature of 60 degC to 70 degC. As my sample is non-conducting, a conductive coating is required. Apart from that, are there any more requirement that I have to keep in mind before testing the sample ?
Be careful, with some waxes you can badly contaminate your FESEM.
Low melting point suggests that you may have problems with coating (altering smaller surface details) and observation (beam damage). So, low voltage, low current. Tough specimen for SEM.

since your material wax has low melting temperature so by giving high power to electron beam your material will melt and it may damage the electron beam and the detector also.
