Dear colleagues

Usually, the expression of miRNA is studied after injecting the miRNAs into the organism/cell line. In that case, miRNAs are tagged with a fluorescent indicator. However, my curiosity arived from the,

1. Possible methods/indicators (dye/uv sensitive methods etc.) applicable for miRNAs tagging.

2. Can those methods flexible for non transparent fish with dense body surface pigmentation?
