Faecal sample storage?

Hi, I have faecal samples collected in the field and stored in 90% ethanol. With this samples I will perform DNA metabarcoding analysis to identify the animals diet and I will also perform the analysis of the microbiota. Can I store my samples at -80° even if they are in ethanol until I will analyse them?
